    FORMAREA INSTRUMENTELOR BAS ÎN PERIOADA ANILOR 1910 — ÎNCEPUTUL ANILOR 1950

    În prezentul articol autorul studiază specificul construcţiei instrumentelor bas şi modernizării acestora în perioada anilor 1910 — începutul anilor 1950. Sunt examinate mai multe modele: mandolina bas Gibson Style J Mando Bass; prototipul chitarei bas electrificate de Lloyd Loar; contrabasul electric cu corp unic de Paul Tutmarc; Chitara bass Audiovox #736 Electric Bass Fiddle. O atenţie deosebită este acordată primei chitare bas produsă în masă — Fender Precision Bass — fabricată de Leo Fender. In this article, the author examines the specifics of the bass instruments construction and their upgrading during the 1910s — early 1950s. Several models are examined: the Gibson Style J Mando Bass mandolin; Lloyd Loar’s electrified bass guitar prototype; the single body electric double bass by Paul Tutmarc; the Audiovox #736 Electric Bass Fiddle. Special attention is paid to the first mass‑produced Fender Precision Bass made by Leo Fender
