Abstract
În lucrarea de faţă îmi voi împărtăşi propria părere şi metodele de lucru, care se bazează pe o vastă experienţă în calitate de profesor şi coregraf de luptă scenică. Voi vorbi despre importanţa pregătirii corporale a studentului, despre tehnica loviturilor fără contact şi cu contact direct, despre rolul măiestriei actorului în crearea luptei scenice. Voi menţiona importanţa tehnicii securităţii şi a stării psiho‑fizice astudentului în crearea unei situaţii de conflict, diferenţa dintre o luptă reală şi una teatrală.
Sper că această cercetare va ajuta studenţilor să conştientizeze importanţa respectării tehnicii securităţii, să evite traumele fizice care pot apărea din lipsa de cunoştinţe sau având o atitudine neserioasă faţă de această disciplină.
In the present work I will share my own opinion and working methods, which are based on extensive experience as a stage fight teacher and choreographer. I will talk about the importance of the student’s physical training, the technique of non‑contact and direct contact strikes, and the role of the actor’s skill in creating a stage combat. I will mention the importance of the security technique and the psycho‑physical state of the student in creating a conflict situation, the difference between a real fight and a theatrical one.
I hope that this research will help the students to be aware of the importance of respecting the security technique, to avoid physical traumas that may occur due to lack of knowledge or having a non‑serious attitude towards this discipline.
