dc.description.abstractArticolul analizează rolul fundamental al comunicării nonverbale în construcția discursului scenic al monodramei contemporane. Studiul investighează trei direcții majore: raportul dintre tăcere și corporalitate, funcția gestului ca „text performativ” și dinamica relației dintre spațiu, obiect și corp în absența partenerului de scenă. Pornind de la teoriile lui Ray L. Birdwhistell, Rudolf Laban, Lehmann, Erving Goffman, Konstantin Stanislavski, Antonin Artaud și Erika Fischer-Lichte, articolul demonstrează că monodrama dezvoltă o logică semiotică proprie, în care corpul actorului devine principalul generator de sens, iar elementele nonverbale capătă o autonomie dramaturgică și performativă. Concluzia subliniază faptul că nonverbalul nu doar completează discursul verbal, ci îl reconfigurează, transformând monodrama într-un spațiu privilegiat al expresivității corporale și al teatralității postdramatice. The article examines the fundamental role of nonverbal communication in constructing the scenic discourse of contemporary monodrama. The study explores three main dimensions: the relationship between silence and corporeality, the function of gesture as a “performative text”, and the dynamics of the interaction between space, object, and body in the absence of a scene partner. Drawing on the theories of Ray L. Birdwhistell, Rudolf Laban, Lehmann, Erving Goffman, Konstantin Stanislavski, Antonin Artaud, and Erika Fischer-Lichte, the article demonstrates that monodrama develops its own semiotic logic, in which the actor’s body becomes the primary generator of meaning, and the nonverbal elements acquire dramaturgical and performative autonomy. The conclusion emphasizes that nonverbal communication does not merely complement the verbal discourse but reconfigures it, making monodrama a privileged space for corporal expressivity and post-dramatic theatricality.
